Step 01

Discuss Your Project

If you are considering having images made, the first step is to get in touch so we can discuss your project and goals. It’s important to consider how you will be using your new images, your target audience, and timeline. Together we can come up with a plan to create exactly what you envision and maximizes usability.

Step 02

Preparation

Before your shoot, consider your wardrobe carefully, choose clothing that you love, that feels authentic to your personality and your brand. Try on your wardrobe choices multiple times before your shoot. You can maximize your session by bringing multiple jackets, jewelry, or multiple outfits for longer sessions. We recommend any cosmetic procedures or sunless tanning be completed at least a week before your shoot.

Step 03

Shoot Day

Come well rested and ready to go. If you will be doing your own hair and makeup, try to finish within an hour of your shoot. I will put you at ease and give you all the direction you need. We put on your favorite music and have a blast!

Do you bring pro hair and makeup?

Yes, professional hair and makeup is available and highly recommended. It helps ensure a polished, camera-ready look and makes the experience less stressful for you.

I have a large team/staff at my company, can you shoot headshots for everyone in one day?

Absolutely. I specialize in corporate headshot sessions for teams of all sizes. I can scale my team and mobile studio setup to accommodate any number of individuals. For convenience, we set up at your office or event and shoot on a schedule, or as people are able to join. We can customize backdrops, order a step and repeat with your logo and can have multiple photographers working at the same time to maximize efficiency.

Can you retouch my images?

For sure. All images are touched up for stray hair, blemishes and minor imperfections. If you would like detailed retouching (under-eye removal, crows feet, birthmarks, etc.) that is done in consultation with you as everyone prefers a different level of attention to these areas.
